I have been working with Lee Williams for at least 8 years. During this time, Lee has placed many candidates with us. In some instances, these were challenging positions to fill, but Lee somehow found successful candidates. The candidates he placed are still with us, with some of them being high performers. He followed up regularly on his placements during their probation period to find out how they were doing. Before he started searching for any particular job, the job specification was studied and discussed in detail, either with me or with the relevant manager. He provided us with one or two CVs for each placement. His turnaround time to place candidates was also quick.
To share more of my experience with Lee, he visited my workplace, and I took him on a tour, introducing him to some of the staff and managers. Lee explained that this was to get a feel for what we do, understand the company culture, and ensure that he places the right candidates. He also made regular contact by phone to find out how he could assist us and what our needs were, etc.
