By using the recruitment services provided by Luminous Recruitment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Placement Fee: In the event that you hire a candidate referred by Luminous Recruitment, you agree to pay a placement fee equivalent to 15% of the candidate’s annual cost to company (CTC). This fee is due and payable within 30 days of the candidate’s start date.
2. Definition of Hire: A hire is defined as any form of employment, contractual or otherwise, where the candidate provides services to your company as a direct result of Luminous Recruitment’s referral.
3. Payment Terms: The placement fee is calculated based on the candidate’s agreed CTC at the time of hire. This fee is non-negotiable and is to be paid in full within the specified payment term.
4. Non-Circumvention: You agree not to circumvent Luminous Recruitment to engage the referred candidate directly or indirectly. Any such action will still attract the agreed placement fee.
5. Acceptance of Terms: Your use of Luminous Recruitment’s services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms or have questions, kindly contact lee@luminousrecruitment.com.
